Treatment
Each client will complete a telephone screening with Dr. Berry-Mitchell before an appointment is scheduled to ensure the services available are compatible with your treatment needs. Once an appointment is scheduled, a clinical interview will be conducted as part of an assessment of your presenting problems. You will be asked to complete other assessment measures which will help determine the best treatment plan for your therapy. This enables the most appropriate treatments to be tailored to your needs. You and Dr. Berry-Mitchell will collaborate on this process. It is expected that you will be an active partner in your treatment and will engage in the therapeutic process. The best therapy outcomes occur when consistent and frequent work is applied to your problems.

A combination of holistic treatments incorporating the mind, body, and spirit are utilized, in addition to proven effective treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This will optimize your therapy as you address challenges to your thoughts, emotions, actions, physical, spiritual, and emotional health.
